What is writers block?
Remember that essay that was assigned to you a week ago and is now due tomorrow? That you didn't remember until 10pm and now you are stressed to complete it before its due. That is the perfect example of writers block! You knew it was due, but you distracted yourself with everything else until the night before it was due, and you had no choice but to do it. Writers block is not only procrastination but also not knowing how or what to write about.

How to relieve a little stress:
- Don't set your expectations too high that there is no possible way you can meet them.
- Don't worry about your introduction, start in the middle and fill in the blanks later.
- Don't worry about grammar and spelling those things can be fixed at the end.
- If you are still stuck, take a short break and come back to it with a clear head.
- Break the project into smaller parts and do it little by little
- Create a calender doing only certain parts at a time, over a period of time.
- One of the most important things is no social media or any other distractions!!
- Write a zero draft following some of these tips:
